Himpunan Hijau 109's Photos

First shot I took upon arrival at 7am. Some of the participants even camped the night!

Quite a crowd already!

The calm South China Sea in the background

Tasik Chini Indigenous People even came and spoke their mind!

 Everyone speaking their mind freely!

More voices of dissatisfaction!

Sea of Balcks!

Really good crowd!

Plenty of Black Shirts!

Main event of collecting printed palms signalling residents dissatisfaction and also meaning "STOP!"

One of those bright orange ones is mine!

Look at the crowd! Well done, Kuantanites and everyone that came from faraway!

And this crowd!

Look at THAT!

Even a 2 year old boy wanted to voice out for his future!

Apparently The Police withdrew the permit for Himpunan Hijau 109 on Saturday Night but that did not deter the crowd at all. Most probably no one knew about it or cared much except that we were just gathering in a public park to voice out our dissatisfaction.

Well done once again to the organizers, Kuantanites and all those that showed support! Bravo!
